Style Spotlight: Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

Besides the fact that her boyfriend is Jason Statham, we can also be jealous of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley for her amazing street style. The british model/actress knows how to put luxury pieces together in a way that is wearable for any occasion. We can tell that she particularly loves wearing items from Balmain. After all, she did walk the runway for the past two seasons. Off the runway, Rosie still knows how to turn heads.

Fit & Flare + Faux Fur

Fit & flare dresses are probably one of the most flattering silhouettes you could ever wear. Who doesn't love a tiny waist? I found this cute LBD at Strawberry, a very affordable store that I pass everyday on the way to work.

It's super comfortable & easy to move in!

The accessories I used included this cute little bag & strappy heels from Zara.

I kept the jewelry simple with square studs & a diamond bracelet.

This faux fur jacket is one of my favorite pieces to wear. It's a great way to add a little bit of drama to your look. (& it was a great price too)

Style Spotlight: Kylie Jenner

Each member of the Kardashian clan seems to have their own unique style. Kylie Jenner, the youngest of the group has certainly caught everyone's attention. Perhaps she has been influenced by her sisters? Judging by her edgy and urban style, it is possible she has been influenced by soon to be brother-in-law, Kanye West.

Her style has definitely changed through the years. Similar to her sister Kim, she used to wear brighter colors and more feminine pieces. Thanks to Yeezy, her color palette remains simple and puts a new meaning to the term "street style." Let's take a look at some of her past looks:

Once she dyed her hair jet black, we began to see her style transition.

Kylie then went for the ombre look….

These days, we see Kylie with shorter hair, still keeping up with the ombre trend.

Marble Print + Clear Accents

I'm on the Zara website everyday, so when I came across this pencil skirt I RAN to the mall. I was looking for a skirt that had some type of interesting print on it. (absolutely no florals) I wanted something more modern, and I definitely think I found it.

It reminds me of the Balenciaga Fall 2013 RTW Collection, which was FILLED with marble print. I wanted to basically revolve my outfit around this skirt, by keeping things modern. I found a simple crop top in a light shade of gray, also at Zara. I paired it with a white blazer to compliment the color palette.

I had ordered these pumps from Nasty Gal on black Friday, so I was dying to wear them. They were on sale so I could NOT pass them up. I really love the clear plastic detail, which I have been seeing a lot of lately.

Time for accessories! I wanted to keep the jewelry minimal, nothing too ornate. I found this hand chain, along with these simple rings at Aldo accessories. (a.k.a. HEAVEN) I went with silver, considering 90% of my jewelry is gold.

To tie into the clear accents on my shoes, I found this amazing clear clutch from Nasty Gal. I've been seeing clear clutches on a few celebrities lately and I was waiting for the perfect opportunity to wear it. I got several compliments on it AND it encouraged me to not be a typical old lady & carry junk in my purse like I usually do :)
